1. Who we are

420 Entertainment TV is operated by Missing Channel Media Group (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information when you use 420 Entertainment TV on Amazon Fire TV, Roku and other connected TV devices, at 420etv.com, and through related apps, features and communications (the “Services”). 420 Entertainment TV is one of the channels in the MCMG Networks family listed at the end of this policy; this policy covers each of them.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Name, email address, account credentials, preferences, contest or survey entries, and messages you send us. If you make a purchase, we collect order and shipping details; payment details are processed by our payment providers.

Information collected automatically

Device information: device type and model, operating system, app version, language, and advertising identifiers such as the Amazon Advertising ID or Roku ID for Advertising (RIDA).
Network and location information: IP address and the approximate location (city, region, postal code) we derive from it. We do not collect precise geolocation.
Viewing and usage information: the channels, titles and ads you watch, when and how long you watch, and how you interact with the Services.
Website information: on 420etv.com, cookies, pixels and similar technologies collect browser type, pages visited and referring pages.

Information from others

We receive limited information from Amazon, Roku, our affiliates, measurement providers and advertising partners, as permitted by their policies and your device settings.

3. How we use information

Provide, operate, secure and improve the Services, and remember your settings
Recommend programming you may enjoy
Measure audiences and report viewing totals to content and advertising partners
Deliver, cap the frequency of, and measure advertising, including personalized advertising where you allow it
Process purchases, subscriptions and customer-service requests
Send service messages and, with your permission, marketing
Detect and prevent fraud, invalid ad traffic and abuse
Comply with law and enforce our terms

4. Your viewing history

We do not disclose information that identifies you together with the specific videos you request or watch to any third party, except: (a) with your separate, express consent; (b) to service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; or (c) as required by law.

We ask for that consent on its own screen, separate from any other permission. If you agree, the consent lasts until you withdraw it or for two years, whichever comes first. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting your use of 420 Entertainment TV, in the app under Settings > Privacy or at 420etv.com using Your Privacy Choices.

5. How we share information

Affiliates: other MCMG Networks channels and our affiliate MyChoice Solutions, which provides technology, commerce and measurement services. Affiliates use information consistent with this policy.
Service providers: hosting, content delivery, streaming, ad serving, analytics, payments, customer support and email providers that act on our instructions.
Advertising and measurement partners: device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location and ad interaction data, so ads can be delivered and measured. Viewing history is included only with your consent (Section 4) and nothing is shared for targeted advertising after you opt out (Section 7).
Device platforms: Amazon and Roku receive information under their own privacy policies when you use their devices.
Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Services.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets.

6. Advertising and measurement

Parts of 420 Entertainment TV are supported by advertising. Ads may be personalized using your device identifiers and activity across our channels and other services. Our ad partners may use technologies that allow measurement of whether an ad led to a visit or purchase. We pass your privacy choices to our ad partners using industry signals, including the IAB Global Privacy Platform, and require them to honor those signals.

We treat a GPC signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser.

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; receive a portable copy; opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising or profiling; and appeal a decision we make about your request.

To make a request, email privacy@mcmg.us with the subject “Privacy Request” and the name of the channel you use. We will verify your request using information associated with your account or device, and we respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization. To appeal a decision, reply to our response with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Additional notice for California residents

In the past 12 months we collected the categories below. We may “sell” or “share” (as those terms are defined under California law) the categories marked “Yes” with advertising partners unless you opt out.

10. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, using the periods in Section 9, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), to protect information. No system is perfectly secure.

12. Age requirements

420 Entertainment TV is intended for adults aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 21 to use 420 Entertainment TV, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.

13. Changes to this policy

We will post changes here and update the date above. If we make a material change, we will tell you in the app, on 420etv.com, or by email before it takes effect, and we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
